Instilled with an unwavering work ethic at a young age, one of Michael Morton’s first jobs was as a batboy for the New York Yankees. Years later, he graduated from the City College of New York with a degree in engineering.
Michael Morton began his career in the construction and development business in New York City, where he was involved in many highly visible projects, including the Roosevelt Island Aerial Tramway, Juilliard School of Music, and Clinton Hill Library.
From the beginning, he believed a handshake and his good word were the most important collateral he could extend. With years of extensive experience, he is the guiding light and visionary behind the company’s diverse portfolio of projects.
For over 25 years, Bradley Morton has been in the family-run business, specializing in property acquisition, governmental approvals, and the management of day-to- day site development activities.
Bradley Morton was born in Mineola, Long Island. At the age of 12, he began working for his father during the summer of 1977 on the Green Acres Bowling Alley in Lake Worth, Florida. After graduating from the New York Institute of Technology, he followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the real estate industry. Bradley started working for prominent Long Island developer and commercial brokerage firm Polimeni Realty & Development, before joining his father’s Boca Raton real estate development company in 1988.
An avid sports enthusiast with a background in athletics, Bradley redirected his innate competitive manner from sports to real estate, which share the same regiment for success — hard work, diligence, perseverance, and attitude.
